The nature of our business is ninety percent (90%) made to order subject to its originality and personalization. We strongly advised to carefully read our terms and conditions for mutual agreement purposes.
Deposit.A 75% (seventy five percent) deposit of your total invoice without the shipping fee is needed for your job order(s) within 48 hours upon placing your order to confirm and secure your slot.
Quantity. A minimum order for Invitations are 50 PCS. And 60 PCS for the Souvenirs, Giveaways, Favours, Loot Bags, Loot Boxes.
Full Payment. The remaining balance including the shipping fee will be collected once the order has been finished executing. The customer will be notified and will receive an invoice. Please pay as soon as possible.
Lead Time. Please allow maximum of 4 weeks lead time of making your job order(s). This lead time is usually including the shipping time to reach you. But please be reminded that we do not have any power over the Australian Post on their handling time. Although it is seldom to get too slow unless stated so.
Designing & Layout.Designs and layout will be available as soon as the deposit has been cleared into our account and received.
Cancellation.Due to the nature of our business, we apologize to say but we strictly do not apply refund. If you change your mind after you make the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. All sales are final.
